Hand Held Scanners

Hand-held RFID readers are used to record attendees arriving at the event or at an event session.

Monitoring

The service includes:

Configuration The RFID readers are configured with details of the session for which attendance is to be recorded
Training Staff who will use the readers to record attendance will be trained in the use of the device
Data Collation On conclusion of attendance monitoring for a session, the data will be collected from the readers
Data Consolidation Attendance data will be combined with other personal information for attendees and a spreadsheet will be produced showing attendance by attendee names

Attendance Monitoring is charged for each configuration subject to a minimum of 20 configurations per event.
