CMIS Messaging & Information Service provides attendees with conference information and enables them to communicate with other people both at the conference and via the Internet.

Personal Login Users access the system using a badge containing a RFID chip, a badge with a magnetic stripe or entering an ID and password.
Personal E-Mail Exchange mail with other people at the conference and anyone on the internet.
Conference Agenda A listing of all events showing details of each item, its timing, its venue, its track and speakers.
Attendee Directory Attendees can find out who their peers are and make valuable networking contacts.
Conference Information Conference information can be constantly updated. In addition to information about the conference - including site maps and logistic information - details of the locality can be published to give attendees some ideas for their leisure time.
Conference Presentations Can be accessed during the conference, mailed to colleagues or even printed if required. It is also possible to arrange for conference presentations to be available over the internet after a conference closes.
Exhibitors Attendees can be provided with the latest information about what they can see. Our Showcase Directory allows the exhibitor information to be indexed in several different ways to make navigation simple. Links to relevant websites are provided.
Online Evaluations Enable instant and easy to analyse feedback. The form is easy to complete and can have optional and mandatory questions.
Biographies Attendees are interested in the people who are presenting at the conference. They also like to know about other senior people who will be present.
Discussion Forum Allows attendees to make comments about what they have (or haven't) seen, to ask questions of each other and the organizers. The forum is completely open for any attendee to read and write whatever they want.
Internet Web Browsing Full Internet Web browsing is provided. The initial portal can be set up to provide a number of hot links to the sites of the conference organizers and sponsors.
Message Waiting Attendees need to know when there is a personal message for them. Message Waiting allows attendees to see who has a message for them in their personal e-mail. Message Waiting displays names of attendees with unread messages either on large format display strategically located around your conference, or on the screens of the workstations within the conference.
Deployment We can handle the total deployment of at your conference including the supply of all the hardware to provide a total turnkey operation, or will work with you and your other conference partners to provide the optimum package to operate.
Registration We will work with your registration team to link your registration information to so that all attendees can access a workstation as soon as they arrive at your conference. (We can also supply you with a registration system.)
Customisation The user interface of can be branded with the customer's logos and conference theme to enhance the marketing messages for attendees.
